I highly doubt she was that aware of her surroundings.
Like I said the other day, the owner didn't go up to the child and yell in it's face. She was across the restaurant behind the counter. Calling this "yelling at a child" is a joke. Presumably, the only way to even be heard across the room is by raising your voice. They're making this into something it's not.

I agree, the whole article sounds like she is making excuses. I thought the owner went and got into the face of the child and started yelling.
