The good parents here would of never given the store owner a reason to yell at our kid because their arse wouldn't of been in that restaurant screaming up a storm. That's why we can take the store owners side...

What does the the store owner addressing the parents have to do with yelling at a child. So they did the right thing that didn't work so you do the totally wrong thing. This isn't an order of operations where you start with parents then work your way to the child. Yelling at the child is wrong no matter what you have done previously. You tell the parents to leave, you never yell at the child in this situation.

Then you are a terrible person. It doesn't matter how bad the parents are. It also doesn't matter how annoying the child is. A child crying because he or she is hungry can never be yelled at by a stranger in a justified way. Why can't people understand it has nothing to do with how bad the parents are. The child is a seperate issue.

Oh, was it my kid that was getting yelled at? I said I always take my kids outside if they are crying or fussy. And at the toddler age, the only people raising their voice to my kids are me and my wife. If some dumb bitch is yelling at them, then yea, something is going to happen. Props to the store owner. While I probably would have yelled at the parents, maybe she's on to something going after the kid. Clearly the parents can't do anything.
It's really getting out of control... planes especially. I can't remember the last flight I had that DIDN'T multiple shithead kids on it. I've even started seeing it in first class. I have no problem telling a parent what I think of them in that situation, and I wish more people would do the same. Maybe things would start to change.

I guess I'm a dick to some people for asking a young family to take their kid out of the movie theater Friday night during the 10:30 pm showing of Ant Man because their kid was crying for the first ten minutes and they didn't leave.
Honestly nothing is more publicly rude than allowing your kid to make a ruckus in a public place and doing nothing about it.

If smoking is allowed to fill the air in restaurants, then toddler's noise is allowed to fill the air in the restaurant.
I'm glad I had kids before smoking was disallowed in restaurants.

I would never have been in a position that the store owner would need to yell at my kids. But I have no problem telling a kid to straighten up right in front of his parents if they aren't correcting bad behavior. I don't give a shite if they are offended - they should thank me for doing their job.
