It is, there’s no pics of him between his teen years and now. Just quit acting and disappeared. The little boy is Jamie they had him in the last few seasons

Yeah they had the baby (Jaime) towarss the end of the series. It was “an accident” played into the show how they were living paycheck to paycheck and adding Jaime just enhanced the chaos

The title makes it sound like the guy was a hermit and just recently appeared from an 18 year seclusion. In reality, it's probably the first public photo of him in 18 years...because no one cared enough to (1) seek to photograph him during that time period and/or (2) publish a photo.
