I don't think my suggestion was well received, any workers that reside in Orleans would be banned from coming back until further notice.

It isn’t as if it will make a difference.
Of all the cities shutdown, NO has nothing to rebound with.
The entire city is built on tourism, concerts, festivals, etc.
No one will visit NO for a while because those aren’t coming back for a while.
New Orleans is probably the most screwed location in the USA.

We have stayed open this entire time. Dealt with customers new and old. Started increasing in business the last two weeks actually. Disinfected and sterilized. Have yet to have a single issue.

When a city wages war on historical statues and then decides to take preventive measures while in preventative measures, you soon realize that the level of intelligence governing is non-existent. Unless of course this is planned for nefarious reasons, then it all makes sense.

NO doesn’t have any consistent taxable system to rely on.

Beach places should come back more quickly since you can social distance on beach and just hang out in condo

I saw an article the other day that mentions Orlando and Vegas being put in a very serious bind by this. They could be in worse shape than NOLA. At least NOLA has the port.

The port is big but tourism really drives the economy because so many work in the hospitality and service industry compared to shipping.

She really thinks if she keeps this charade up that she’ll get some of that federal government cheese. She don’t give a frick about business. She’s trying to protect her voting base which is the welfare queens. What a fricking disgrace.
