One on my block is secure, we negotiated an off the books deal for visiting family. The other is priced about $600/month too high for a longterm deal.

I am offering
$200/month for the off street parking spot though to any renter.

Destroya extended stay at home until May 16th

These continual announcements feel like the worst version of Groundhog Day. But instead of Punxsutawney Phil telling us we have six more weeks of winter, Destroya keeps the quarantine stay-at-home order in place. And Phil is way more beloved.

While you’re listening to LaToya talk about the importance of public health and safety, keep in mind the semi-collapsed hotel with two dead bodies and an imploded crane laying over the top that his hovering over Canal Street.

Try not to laugh.

Everyone crying about Latoya and acting like the rest of the country won’t have the same restrictions as New Orleans through 5/15 are straight stupid.

No, I really doubt that people will continue to happily go without work for longer and longer periods, because sports n shite.

Dumb bitch wants to fight Trump. She's going to end herself instead.

Id be nervous if I lived in one of the expanding markets like central city, broadmoor, or marigny. Those frickers are going to lose their investment. Attcking STRs and killing the renters market is going to destroy those areas. Toya will get a lot more voters back in from Chalmette and the Westbank though.

Ya sorry for those owner and all, but i'm ready for these prices to drop so I can jump in.

So damn premature. Why even make a decision right now? We have 15 more days of data and testing ramp coming.

2 weeks notice on a 2 week extension feels fair. It gives folks a little time to plan
