Yes. What are you confused about.

I posted the toxicology report and typed out Ng, in direct response to someone saying "mg".

I'm all for t he death penalty for criminals such as George Floyd after they are convicted of a crime that warrants it.

it's weird to me to see so many people in favor of the death penalty of suspects that have not had their 6th amendment
right to a fair trial or been convicted.

I went to school with some real dumbasses that didn't have a lot of options so they became cops. I would hate for anyone's life to be subject to their discretion.

I guess including the part where I posted quotes from the coronor refuting your claims.

Weird how these threads die once actual facts get brought into the discussion. Seems to be a recurring theme.

these people can't put their emotions to the side when it comes to their feelings about George Floyd and/or Derek Chauvin and think with logic.

The entire situation can be broken down into are you OK with cops acting as judge, jury, and executioner towards suspects in their custody?

For many, it seems the answer is yes, despite the fact we've seen it proven through court cases that cops are not infallible.

I think no one is saying they are ok with this.

They are saying that Chauvin did not act in that regard, because his actions are not what killed Floyd.

Most OT'ers are only capable of black and white thinking. And I don't mean race.

Floyd was a POS. I don't really care that he is no longer among the living. I do have a problem with police taking far too many liberties with people. And to some extent they've been put in that position by idiotic lawmakers.

...and yet the coronor testified that was the case, in spite of what the O'Tards are claiming. In fact, I posted it.

then Chauvin was a victim of the most unlucky of circumstances.

It's odd that George Floyd lived 46 years and he just chose the 9 minutes he was under Derek Chauvin's knee to finally kick the bucket through no correlation to Chauvin's knee being there at all.

Its funny seeing the same people that bitch and moan about their 2nd amendment rights (rightfully so) also will defend a cop like Chauvin deciding he would be the judge, jury, and executioner, thus taking away Floyd's 6th amendment rights.

Except for every 2a proponent knows you can’t have a weapon while breaking the law or high on drugs. This is a stupid argument and once again law abiding citizens get rights taken away because of those who cannot follow the law.

so you are OK with cops having the authority to throw away constitutional rights if they suspect that a suspect may be under the influence of drugs?

I don't see any way this could be abused

if you drink 2 beers cops no longer need a warrant to enter your home because they believe you are under the influence? Hell in your scenario you wouldn't even need to drink any beers as long as the cop "believed" you had.

FTR...floyd needed killing, it's just a damn shame it wasn't some black on black crime that did it. We wouldn't have to deal with any of the bullshite.

No sarcasm: This is the first I'm hearing of this. What had Chauvin done prior that would make him a dirty cop?

He was on the job and followed procedures for the situation at hand, the situation being a resistant arrestee who is fighting them. He had no idea when he engaged the restraint that he would deal with systemic failure of his city's departments to aid him. He also had a perp who put himself in a precarious situation by lying and overreacting. Now I ask you, if someone is screaming at you during the lunch rush at starts to throw things while you are busy making the fries, are you going to be levelheaded throughout? This situation spun out of control and four cops went to prison because the chief of police is a coward

Floyd is no loss to society. The cop was just doing his job.
