Derek Chauvin was a blood sacrifice to the mob

93George Floyd had 11mg of Fentanyl in his system when he died. 2mg is considered to be a lethal dose. SCOTUS denied to hear Chauvin’s appeal. He will spend the next 20 years or so in prison for a crime he so obviously did not commit.

2 things can be true at once: Floyd was drugged out of his mind. Chauvin also pretty clearly choked him out. That knee to the throat was no doubt excessive.

The coroner testified against this very possibility at trial. There was no damage to Floyd’s throat.

on 11/20/23 at 1:14 pm to RollTide1987SCOTUS can’t just be taking appeals because it wasn’t “fair”. There’s got to be some legal reason for the appeal. Maybe his lawyers sucked? If SCOTUS heard everyone that thought they weren’t given a “fair” trial, they wouldn’t get shite done.
