Care to link that official coroner's report that says he died of an overdose?

Semantics matter.

As far as mislabeling the type and units of measure, that is not semantics, that is just wrong. You used a unit of mass where you should have used units of concentration.

2 things can be true at once: Floyd was drugged out of his mind. Chauvin also pretty clearly choked him out. That knee to the throat was no doubt excessive.

2 other things can be true at once: the knee was definitely excessive. He also did not intend the knee to kill Floyd. After all, it’s commonly understood that anyone who is talking can breathe, bc of how talking works.

You think this is sarcasm, but it feels right so I upvoted.

Scroll back up to it on the previous page you lazy fricktard.

Your response just proved you didn't read the topic, you just responded to a comment as you have been programmed to do.
He had almost 4x the lethal dose of Fentanyl in his system.

I read everything very carefully and it was clear you didn't know what you were talking about.

You stated:

quote:

Did he die of a Fentanyl OD or not?
The official coroner report ... says he did.

I ask you to link the coroner's report that said he did. You went ad hominem because you couldn't link it. I was looking at the Hennepin Co ME's report while I was making the post.

quote:

He had almost 4x the lethal dose of Fentanyl in his system.

I think you should do a little more research before you make a blanket statement like that.

My point was not to argue either way on any position I was just pointing out you keep posting incorrect information as fact. If you are going on memory you should understand your memory is faulty and if you are doing concurrent research and making the false statements you aren't very good at reading comprehension. What you are doing muddies the waters.

Then your complaint is with policy and training, as he followed both. He did not commit murder.

Yep, there was no need for that!! Chauvin was a thug with a badge and a gun.

I watch tons of cop cam footage now on YouTube. The amount of people yelling "I can't breathe" is actually funny. Like almost everyone of them says it now. I don't know if it was that way before. It's a thing now though..

Exactly right. People don’t like being cuffed and commonly start bitching when it happens. It’s always happened. I imagine Chauvin really thought St. George was just another guy fussing about the physical restraint. He probably figured “if this guy can talk like he’s doing then he must be able to breathe and he’ll calm himself down”.

What’s truly unimaginable is for Chauvin to think “I’m going to murder this random guy with my knee, right here in public and on video bc I want him to die.”

Also, the continued knee to the neck was ridiculous and excessive even if George had not died. He was in cuffs on the ground. Get the frick off him.

Our problem is that we are getting trials where the jury decides based on factors that are neither facts nor law. The framework assumes the jurors will follow law and not decide based on media bullshite

This is what's so bad about Marxists (BLM, critical gender theorists, etc.). Pump the general populace full of propoganda to get them lubed up. Threaten the jurors by implication of a) direct threats and b) months of riots and violence. Boom: jurors say, idk bro maybe he was a racist or whatever, and I'm just voting guilty so I, my family, and my town don't get torched.

No facts. No law. No logic. Just pure hostage scenario.

Derek Chauvin was charged for a crime that he committed while staring menacingly into a camera. He is not the martyr you want him to be.

I don't think Chauvin committed murder or manslaughter, but he was dumb. He should have read the moment, the surroundings, the people watching/warning/filming, the other officer who suggested he remove neck pressure, the fact that cuffs were on and there were two other cops applying pressure, the likelihood that Floyd had drugs in his system, etc, etc. Again, he was dumb and is paying for it. He also messed-up the lives of several very young cops, etc.
