When do we need to start fireproofing belongings? 3 weeks? When acquitted shite will burn.

This should be fairly easy to verify. Surely, the DA and prosecutors wouldn't put that guy on the stand if this couldn't be verified. Right?

Well, he established it as part of his credentials, so it is subject to cross examination.

The CIA will issue a non-denial denial because it won't confirm or deny whoever is in its employ.

The FBI will either confirm or deny it. So they could verify the claim or not.

“What kind of techniques do you have to learn to be a good wrestler?”

“That is correck.”

I enjoyed listening to him detail his history in seceerity. Very interesting. Also, impressed that he wrestled at ACDC and R2D2.

Just got done reading the autopsy report and man did Chauvin screw himself by putting that knee on his neck and creating that image. He was gonna die regardless that day. Dude had heart disease, fentynal and meth in his system, a pelvic tumor, sickle cell, and covid. This might be the unhealthiest perp I have ever seen.

Floyd reminded the world class grappler of the fish he suffocated earlier in the day

Guilty as charged

If Floyd kept rubbing his face in the ground and bucking his neck around, along with grunting and loudly talking and responding to someone, was the neck pressure really that much ?

That dude is an idiot. He sounds like he's applying for a job interview as a wrestler.

DCCT RIIA, whatever man. Why the is this dude on the stand of murder trial for a crime he didn't witness? This is absolutely ludicrious.

ETA: I've a bit more of the link and I better understand now the reason the state has him on the stand. Still think he's an idiot, but I better understand the reasoning for it now. Carry on...

Not going to read all 48 pages of this thread. Prosecution needs to do much better than a white trash ebonic speaking Speedway clerk giving commentary to video. That was painful to watch. 'If we gave you a transcript of your interview could you tell us if you said it?', "No". The bitch basically admitted on worldwide TV that she can't read.

That city is going to burn again either way. I think he gets off on nearly everything with perhaps a conviction that puts him behind bars for a year minus time already served. At least 2 of the other 3 get off completely. Last officer on trial is fricked after "protests" following the first 3 trials lead to jurors being scared into a guilty vote.

What time does this pick back up today?

I’m trying to listen to the prosecutor put forth his case

This has been a travesty thus far

*Sickle cell trait, which does not confer the disease.

No lie, I heard some lady on HLN this morning say that yesterday was the best opening day of witnesses she’s ever seen for the prosecution. I was walking past the tv and had to rewind it to make sure I heard correctly.

educate me here, if TD has already seen this connection surely the defendants have. Isn't that enough to get him struck?

I would normally agree with you here but with this trial who the frick knows. I can't believe the judge let him testify as an expert in choke holds. And I'm sure they would say that the witness isn't on trial.. Even though is BS.

I thought it was too, but I have a feeling we were thinking differently
