Why would they do this? Who cares if they were "juveniles at the time". Does the prosecution not want America to see how uneducated and bad these witnesses are?

Basically Court TV and their friends. They fought for this to be streamed. They’re the ones filming it, they just let everyone else use their stream for free. That’s why I say support Court TV, they deserve it.

He’s allowing the 4 witnesses in question to testify with audio only, even the ones who aren’t minors anymore. Ridiculous. He wants them to be comfortable.

ETA: I can understand not showing video of the minors but not showing video of the two 18 year olds? That makes no logical sense. How bad are these witnesses that the prosecution didn't even want audio for any of them though?

I was very impressed with Eric Nelson during jury selection but I thought he'd hammer that girl a little more yesterday (not that he really needed to) but if he doesn't go ALL OUT on this MMA mighty mouse today I will be very disappointed.

Not an attorney, but I did have one tell me that its actually bad optics to the jury if you go hard at every witness. You need to be strategic who you go after because it will catch the juries eyes and they will focus more on your rebuttal than the original witness testimony. If you do it too much, they may start to tune you out or feel bad for the witnesses.

The slicked back hair guy currently talking on Court TV is really bugging me with his mouth movements when he talks. It's like he is straining to get certain words out.
