the criminal complaint for the charges even quotes the ME as to saying there was no asphyxiation

link? i bet you meant no signs of asphyxiation, which is not the same as no asphyxiation. because it is not uncommon for an asphyxiation to be without the signs.

Holy shite, the lack of self awareness

1 this isnt the poliboard - so very weird flex bro
2 im far from a progressive. and your lack of self awareness with your emotionally lashing out at a percieved progressive is hilarious. youd fit right in with them.

Im just not completely ignorant of basic medical facts like many in this thread.

I would be willing to bet that those on here that think Chauvin should skate would not feel that way if it was their brother, son, father, etc., under Chauvin’s knee. They be calling for his execution, guaranteed.

Nah if my son got high and decided to resist arrest he's on his own. You, like your friends on the left just want to make an emotional appeal, but the real world doesn't work like that, buddy.

As a career metro cop watching this trial and having participated as a witness in countless criminal trials, with the exception of the jury being outright purchased, I put the chances of conviction at around 10% at best.

Those of us in the business are eagerly awaiting that sweet, sweet sound of justice in the form of an acquittal that is approaching.

You asked for justice BLM, you are about to get it. You are entitled to your opinion and feelings, not your legal facts.

nope. DC abandoned the book when he continued its use well after gaining compliance when it should have been discontinued, then continued for minutes after unresponsiveness.
So now you're not only a fake doctor you're also a fake attorney.

Amazing.

I would definitely want him fired, but I am not nearly as petty and a victim as you.

I would understand the actions of the victim played a HUGE part in this death, unlike the simpletons on the left.

Our brothers, sons, and fathers wouldn't be a drug addict felon that fights with cops while high as hell.

the deliberate and unlawful killing of one person by another; murder.
"he was charged with homicide"

so you 2 conclude Chauvin deliberately killed Floyd while being filmed by a small mob?

that's a bold position after seeing the police's perspective / videos...you have to remember the mob is thinking the knee is why Floyd can't breathe. But that is not what's happening in that moment

did you miss the part the girlfriend said Floyd was hospitalized twice that March for drug overdose? taking irregular sized pills... lord knows what he was messing with

Floyd was in a constant struggle for his life, for years and years...but you think a knee resting on his neck to get him to calm down was blatant "intent to kill" in broad light?

thank goodness you are heavily outnumbered by common sense people on this board.. I still have hope for humanity

So that’s the real deal here, isn’t. According to you he deserved to die because he was ‘a piece of shite.’ Chauvin was right in murdering him. You’re attend church regularly don’t you?

I can do even better. Read DiMaio’s book and he mentions a series of cases they had of strangulation with completely negative autopsies.
