I would be willing to bet that those on here that think Chauvin should skate would not feel that way if it was their brother, son, father, etc., under Chauvin’s knee. They be calling for his execution, guaranteed.

Read DiMaio’s book and he mentions a series of cases they had of strangulation with completely negative autopsies.

And you can tie this to Floyd's case because?

That’s not what I said.

He died because he took every opportunity to ensure his life met such an end.

He lived life dangerously. He engaged in various manners of illegality from robbery to drugs to fighting police to passing counterfeit money and apparently freely and frequently associated with others who did the same.

If I go to the fridge and get bread, ham and cheese, I am taking all of the steps necessary to ensure I can have a ham and cheese sandwich.

The felon lived like a felon and ended his life like a felon.

This isn't mental gymnastics.

No, not really. But keep on with your talking points devoid of what was presented in court.

The real deal here is watching a police officer be a scapegoat for the fake blm perceived attacks on blacks. It's amazing how a couple of posters on here are totally ignoring the info that came out today. Liberals want to win so bad that could care less about following rules and facts. They are demanding a guilty verdict and Floyds own brother has threatened that cities will burn if they dont get their way.

He's living in a fantasy land where everyone is as retarded as he/she/xe.

I don't think Chauvin should walk away with his job, but he's not going to prison.

Progs cannot see beyond their indoctrination. It's a religion.

HEnce, the difference between liberals and progressives.

Progs do NOT believe in the rule of law, innocent until proven guilty..etc.

They believe the way they believe because they are told what to believe.

You, like your friends on the left just want to make an emotional appeal

I love morons like you. If anybody disagrees with your position they are ‘on the left.’ Doesn’t matter that Reagan is my idol and I’ve always voted Republican. But now your backup for this is now I’m a ‘Rino.’ This is the new category of choice for those that don’t stick to the far far right agenda.

In context, I think he is saying why does the country care about this case so much?

Floyd didn't really care about himself, he abused his body, his addiction led to other crimes...it's a familiar story

in and our of prison

I hated seeing him in the video where they try to bring him back to life...that's horrifying

I have children, I couldn't stand that if Floyd were my son...It would destroy me, it would. I feel for Floyd's family...I do

but he isn't my family, I didn't know him, so I can look at this case objectively...without emotional strings...

why do we care so much about 1 guy who struggled with drug addiction? Its a fair question

we lose 198 people per day to drug OD .

2500 have died since Floyd's OD death...

so why do we care?

it's only because of the race war the media created that make it interesting to most of us. "will America burn again?" ah....of course it will...for all the wrong reasons

This x 1000%. Someone has to have a hidden agenda not to see it exactly as this after court this week.

He's going to walk away with millions, courtesy of the city who turned on him in favor of a felon.

If I were him I'd take a picture of myself lying on a bed of cash and slap it on a billboard with "THANK YOU, MN TAXPAYERS" in big bold letters.
