lol, if your argument is the neck, you already lost. The ME report showed nothing to the airway.
The only way to convict is if force on the back was sufficient to restrict inspiration.

that technique is known to be dangerous for asphyxia. its in the training manuals and is why that technique is falling out of favor across the nation. Not sure why you believe that a known danger is just unreasonable.

I guarantee you that if they put me in that exact same situation, with cuffs on, and DC’s knee, positioned exactly like in the video, for 10 mins....I would live.
I also guarantee, I would never be loaded up on the drugs he does and wouldn’t resist arrest to the point where it was necessary for a police officer to perform that approved restraining move

Also, to AMS - the criminal complaint for the charges even quotes the ME as to saying there was no asphyxiation....so stop saying all 3 MEs already. And everyone knows this was a homicide. That doesn’t mean murder or even legally mean any of DCs actions had a direct effect on the death
