I’m gonna play devils advocate
These dudes did what most guys go to bars looking to do.
Hook up with some hot drunk chick.
I’m pretty sure everybody here plus these boys wished the girl didn’t get run over and killed.
They didn’t force liquor down her throat. She could have had same thing happen to her without the boys involvement.
If in fact they drugged her up that’s obviously a different story.
However, how I read the report was she willingly left with them and was leading/flirting the 17 yr old old.
Fact is …many here have some same thing these dudes did but only difference was the girl didn’t get run over and killed.
I’ll admit I have had plenty drunk sex with chicks when I was younger.

Why are you glossing over the fact that she couldn’t walk, couldn’t speak, couldn’t tell them where she lived, couldn’t respond after multiple times of being asked for sex?
You make a habit of having sex in the back of cars with multiple guys and one girl? How about your friends recognizing it wasn’t okay and saying you had to stop?

Her BAC was in a range where she could barely walk, sit up, or speak. They then took turns with her in the backseat of a parked car. If you have done that, you may want to delete your post.

Any decent human being would not have done what they did. Re-read the affidavit and come back and tell us its really something you could see yourself doing. This girl was so out of it, they had ANAL sex with her on a backseat with a damn audience. No fking way you convince me she was in any a willing participant.

I have a 20 year old at UAH in Huntsville and I still can't fathom this shite over a week later. I feel like at this point, I would've killed everyone associated with them. I don't know.
