Apparently isn’t the dudes first time per a Facebook post

Raping someone who can barely function, then dumping the body in the middle of a street, is not the act of a first time predator.

Can you tell, that she was intoxicated, yes. To the point under the law that you say you’re in a drunken stupor, to the point that you cannot lawfully give consent or answer questions, absolutely that was not the case,” said Haley.

For the love of God judge do not let this dipshit hack attorney frick up this case and cause a mistrial so this has to go twice.

Almost seems like a message is being sent to driver along coordinating message with LSU’s President.
quote:

Haley says an argument took place between Brooks and the driver of the vehicle after they traveled around to multiple locations after the bar.

Based on a disagreement, she got out of the vehicle. She indicated she was getting an Uber. I want the public to know, these young men or really the driver of the vehicle and the young men that were in there, did not put her off on the side of the road,” said Haley.

…Haley believes the video evidence from inside of the car will acquit his clients fully, and the real blame needs to be on the bars selling to underage drinkers.

I posted this weekend that she likely was drunk and left with person/s unknown. Then something happened that made her say let me out of this car and they did.
I didn’t think it was rape by multiple people b/c that’s just too effin horrible place for my mind to go.
** BIGGEST PROBLEM I have with this is that her “so called friends” LEFT HER THERE DRUNK AND ALONE.
> I have a daughter the same age and I’ve drilled this and many other safety concerns into her head for years.
> As an example, so they can relate, one story I’ve told her and friends many times is about Natalie Halloway on senior trip, at a bar she met guys and stayed behind and her friends were ok with it and left, and she was never seen again.
> I’ve told her, you don’t leave your friends and you don’t let them leave you.
> In early-mid 90’s When me and my girlfriends went out we NEVER left anyone at a party/bar alone. I Rem getting into arguments with friends making them leave with us.
> Link to my post from this weekend.

She had a blood-alcohol level of .319. She definitely couldn’t have consented in a state like that.

To make matters worse. After they sexually assault someone who is way too intoxicated to function. They dumped that poor girls body on the side of a dark road at 3 am where she was struck by a car. Poor thing thing had zero opportunity to protect herself

I feel sick for that family. I couldn’t even imagine

And then to hear Haley insinuate there is video of the acts has to make her family want to disappear. I can’t imagine knowing that was my daughters final hour of life.

I don’t think her father is going to want to disappear. this is going to get really ugly, and no one on the side of justice should back down for a millisecond

Attorney can show video and say she consented but he’ll be hitting a brick wall.
> Science will quash the defense’s conjecture. Having a 0.319 BA level says all that needs to be said concerning that matter, period.
With a BA that high, I can’t believe she was functioning in any capacity.

Yep, same thing happens in uptown Nola bars also. Get in at 18 and either get over 21 people to get them drinks or bartenders don’t care and serve them anyway.

frick these fricking people.

ETA:

Not the bars or bartenders. The fricking attorneys and LSU president who want to blame shift.

No, the bartenders share some blame. They didn't cause the girl to die. But they put a young, lost, and naive girl in a terrible situation wherein she was preyed upon by a bunch of shitbags because she was overserved.

A series of mistakes by several people including the employees of Reggie's and Madison herself played a part in ending her life. Without question, however, this night plays out differently if those 4 motherless fricks aren't present.

That info was in a fb comment from a fellow student. The comment was not a complimentary one in support of them. Rather an appropriately scathing comment.

Top story on dail mail right now
LSU is going to have a serious image problem if attractive sorority girls keep getting killed in Baton Rouge. If they can’t pressure Baton Rouge into cleaning this mess up enrollment is going to plummet

She was let out in an adjacent subdivision. One house deep or 10 houses deep from the dark road where she got hit is not specified.

What difference does that make? Would it matter if they dumped her out in I10? She still lost her
Life as a result of their actions.

Not really. There's tons of shady shite that goes on at Walker High. You would think that this modern culture of "acceptance" has made us better as a society, but it's made bullying 10x worse than it was when I was in high school. A 9th grader at Walker High took her own life last year due to bullying.
