Yep, same thing happens in uptown Nola bars also. Get in at 18 and either get over 21 people to get them drinks or bartenders don’t care and serve them anyway.

Attorney can show video and say she consented but he’ll be hitting a brick wall.

With a BA that high, I can’t believe she was functioning in any capacity.

I posted this weekend that she likely was drunk and left with person/s unknown. Then something happened that made her say let me out of this car and they did.
I didn’t think it was rape by multiple people b/c that’s just too effin horrible place for my mind to go.
** BIGGEST PROBLEM I have with this is that her “so called friends” LEFT HER THERE DRUNK AND ALONE.
> I have a daughter the same age and I’ve drilled this and many other safety concerns into her head for years.
> As an example, so they can relate, one story I’ve told her and friends many times is about Natalie Halloway on senior trip, at a bar she met guys and stayed behind and her friends were ok with it and left, and she was never seen again.
> I’ve told her, you don’t leave your friends and you don’t let them leave you.
> In early-mid 90’s When me and my girlfriends went out we NEVER left anyone at a party/bar alone. I Rem getting into arguments with friends making them leave with us.

My immediate thought was, she was drunk, went off with person/s she didn’t know well, something happened to cause her to say let me out of here right now and they did.
