The affidavit does NOT mention the video from inside the car.
The defense lawyers said they brought that before the Judge in the bond hearing. The Judge said he thought Madison slurred her words and it supported the prosecution. (Daily Mail had an 'expert' bash the Judge for saying that.)
Nak saw edited video from defense counsel that most favorably portrayed their clients in an effort to sway public opinion.
But they know that the full video - and likely the rape - will be evidence in the eventual trial.
I trust Nak saw what they wanted him to see and they're using him as a pawn to shape a potential jury ahead of trial.
The defense lawyers said they brought that before the Judge in the bond hearing. The Judge said he thought Madison slurred her words and it supported the prosecution. (Daily Mail had an 'expert' bash the Judge for saying that.)

I think she could have said three different addresses AND they STILL COULD HAVE DUMPED HER ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BECAUSE SHE WAS WASTED. This three address thing is a red herring.

What is going on where you'd video driving someone like this?
Who was the video for? For what purpose was it made?
So they could CYA later with police?
Think about it.
Think about he asked her five times to consent. Who does that? Did they video it for later use?
"She seems lucid to me..." is what they wanted Nak to say and he did. So he got the story.
Be nice to see some real reporters ask real questions t to the defense attorneys.
