You’ve proven you have zero self control and zero common sense so I’d bet all the money in the world that this isn’t your final post in this thread.

she said people were talking about it at the camp this weekend (her slapping Casen and calling him gay) so it’s not a secret.

This was said in the media so GTFO acting like I broke the news about this. I knew about it before it was in the media but never disclosed it
I’ve been asking you for days to post a single link or piece of evidence to back up these crazy stories and theories of yours.
Now you claim to have individual dialogue from a dead girl, that was allegedly said only in the presence of her rapists. And you are quoting and referring to this as factual, without any caveats.
Wtf are you doing?

He had no way of knowing she would get killed that night & couldn’t force her to stay in the car if she is telling him to let her out.
He agreed to drive her home because he didn’t want to leave her at the bar very drunk (paraphrasing his own words). He took responsibility for her at that point and has a moral and at least a civil legal obligation to leave her in no worse condition than he found her.
Even if she demanded to get out (which makes sense if she was just raped), he could have called the police and told them that a drunk and lost girl just got out of his car in the highway. Wonder why he didn’t do that?
He’s lucky he isn’t facing charges related to her death.

Why should she be forced to stay out of the thread? Being wrong and or an idiot shouldn’t be punished on here

Because TigerFred said so. He’s in charge

This was broached several pages back. I don't think the lawyers on here ruled it out.

Because if you have half a brain you realize this is a public forum and people are grieving her loss.
By people I mean her family, friends and loved ones and some of the utter shite being spewed in this thread is beyond comprehension.

To insinuate the boys concern over kidnapping charges being the reason they dropped her on side of road is comical. She was just raped, and they were supposedly concerned about kidnapping ?

It's a possibility fo rthe grand jury to come back with that. Either:
1. Negligent homicide. Dropping a severely drunk person off in the dark at 3 a.m. with no phone, only for her to wander into a street at get killed
OR
2. Manslaughter. It's a 'felony murder' if the death happened as part of the felony (rape). Argument it did: they dropped her off here to avoid cameras and a well-lit place. They didn't call 911, bring her to hospital, even bring her to a gas station (would have cameras).
IF they made a video of the rape (and 90% chance they did), police will get that when they 'crack' the cell phones all four had. That would be video voyeurism charges for them and anyone to whom they sent the video who watched it. Other charges if recipient was a minor.

After being warned on several occasions, she continually pursues a narrative excusing the actions of the accused(with the exception of Washington) and continually posts inflammatory remarks about the deceased victim.

So you’re saying that her rape is justified because she slapped someone and called them gay?
…I’m really embarrassed to be from Louisiana right now

Imagine inside the vehicle post rape. Madison can't tell you were she lived. No address. She had lost her phone and used her "LA Real ID" to enter the bar so she had no license presumably to give them an address.
So they try to take her to (I believe Carver said) three addresses. She had a friend whose mother lived in the eventual neighborhood where she was dropped.
They're driving around and around for nearly an hour.
What do they do?
1. They can't let her use their phones because next day: evidence ties them to the crime. They don't know she'll die and there will ever be an investigation. But her using phone ties a drunk girl to them for the rape.
2. They can't call 911. Ties them to her and brings in police to ask questions.
3. They can't bring her to a hospital - cameras, brings police, and she's a walking rape kit at that point.
Washington is likely still pissed Carver stopped him mid-sex and they're arguing back and forth. Driving around.
4. Gas station? Plenty of cameras and what will she do from there? At least it would have been well lit and safer.
It's 3 a.m. "She'll call an Uber?" How? With no phone? They were essentially her taxi at that point and she had no idea where she was.
5. Keep her until she sobers up in 12 hours? Bring her home to mom? Don't think so.
So after fighting with each other they eventually just let her out somewhere dark and private so she can "Uber" is the excuse they came up with.
Madison also could have been picked up by some perv and attacked again that night. Flagging down random people. With alcohol at that level she couldn't see very far and had little depth perception.

I think it’s like being drunk and consent.
When your posts show a stupor and a condition incapable of meeting the admittedly low OT standards, it’s third degree shitposting.
