Indisputable her legs buckle and she falls into them and is not walking on her own at the end of this video. If you don’t see that you don’t want to see it.

Yep, as they leave the screen, both feet’s toes are dragging in the dirt, she does not go to the car under her own power

To me it looks like she was running and went in for a hug while he was backing up. Slight stumble. The guy does a 180 and they’re walking side by side at the end. He’s definitely not carrying her or dragging her

I sure hope that girl that walks up at the end has contacted police. She knew that was a bad situation.

Wut?
This is what terrifies me about juries. That video is pretty damn clear, yet this guy says some nonsense like this.

Like I said, it all depends on each individual viewer's interpretation

Yeah I’d like to hear what she has to say. Hopefully the cops have tracked her down.

At the bond hearing, 19th Judicial District Judge Brad Myers said that he had watched a video filmed by one of the four suspects inside the car with Brooks. The judge said that the video shows the suspects “callously” laughing at the drunk 19-year-old woman as she slurred her words, reported local outlet WAFB. He also reviewed footage taken from Reggie’s Bar which showed Brooks falling over and struggling to stand in front of at least one of the suspects before they left the bar together. Her blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit at the time of her death and her autopsy shows injuries from a sexual assault, according to an arrest warrant. The judge concluded that – based on the two videos and statements made by Mr Carver to investigators – he said it was clear that a crime had occurred that fateful night.

Not sure how the judge and defense attorney can look at the same evidence and have completely opposite interpretations…. But I’ll go with the judge.

The judge is only ruling that there is probable cause to believe that a crime occurred. That’s a far lower standard than the beyond a reasonable doubt the jury will use.

If it were clear, there wouldn’t be several pages going back and forth about it

A few idiots that I'm convinced are trolling doesn't mean it isn't clear

It definitely looks like she reaches out for one of the guys and he reaches for her. Then it sort of looks like she falls into his arms but then she disappears as they all move together. The “dragging” that people keep mentioning is debatable. I can’t make out her legs until they start to leave the frame and while she may be leaning into one of them, I can’t tell where any of their arms are.

I just don't see how you can't. You can see them before she passes the tree

It's the defense's job to plant and sow seeds of doubt amongst the jurors - and to a lesser extent the court of public opinion. They're going to take any angle they possibly can to plant that doubt, and then work that angle throughout the entire trial.
It's not their job to *prove* their clients' innocence, they just have to prove that there's reasonable doubt within the prosecutors case attempting to prove their guilt.
Once you think about the trial and statements leading up to it in this way, it's easy to understand why the defense lawyers are saying/doing the things they are. They're classless, in the vein that they're smearing a deceased girl who can't even defend herself and they're doing it OUTSIDE of the courtroom where it doesn't technically matter as to their clients' verdict. But they're trying to do their jobs sowing doubt nonetheless.
I still think it won't work, based on their own clients statements and admissions in the affidavit, the videos of her stumbling drunk from inside Reggie's and slurring inside the car with them laughing, and the fact that the victim ended up dying due to being too incapacitated to even stay out of a busy road.
Not to mention the physical sexual assault injuries and BAC obtained from an impartial, professional medical staff. At the time they had no idea they were working on a potential rape victim that would make international headlines so they had no reason to embellish or skew results/findings with any bias (not that they would either way, just saying that's an angle the defense attorney would be foolish to take).
