Did you see the second video I have posted about 5 post back? I don`t think a lot of people have seen that one. It`s the second video they show with a different camera of the longer walk to the truck.

I can’t believe people are still talking about this video of them walking to the car.

All of the suspects confirmed that she asked them for a ride home, and we knew all her friends left her. The video isn’t surprising at all.

Its significance pales in comparison to the fact that Washington has been charged with rape now for a 3rd time by the age of 18. How could an innocent guy be that unlucky?

She was anally penetrated with a BAC of .32 by a guy who raped a 12 year old

What were you saying about a video?

I just saw the linger video where it shows them PAST the tree .. she’s walking. Not being drug.

Not that it matters. Rape is rape and they should be held accountable for that.

Charges are not evidence. Convictions aren’t either unless the accused takes the stand.

Yeah. She’s not really stumbling on that longer walk it seems.

Roger said this earlier in the thread. This video is being way over analyzed. It’s neither damning nor does it prove she’s somewhat sober. The accused own words are the smoking gun. They knew she was more than just drunk. No video is going to stop their opinions from being in the record.

Why did WAFB cut the tapes like that? It shows her running/walking towards the men and then immediately switches to the parking lot video. That's messed up.

I’m not talking about a courtroom. I’m asking how anyone on this website could think there is anyway this guy didn’t do some shady shite to her in the back of that car. Based on his past, her BAC, and the statements from the suspects themselves.

That video and all of the other public info has been posted on here numerous times and discussed from every angle imaginable.

Again, people are getting too hung up on "drug." In the original angle, it's very clear that she singled and needs to be helped as they go past the tree. I will only speak for myself when I say that doesn't mean she was incapable of walking, which of course was obvious from the beginning of the video. Her ability to walk has no real bearing on the level of inebriation.

Undisputed

Disputed, and not entirely consistent with video.

by a guy who raped a 12 year old

Which the jury will not hear about, most likely.

Really? You think someone in a “stupor” who is “incapable of understanding” can walk just fine? Because that’s the standard.

Yea, anyone that has either done heavy drinking or been around others who have knows that to be true.

Alcoholics sit at bars for hours then get in their cars and drive home every day.

Y’all are so caught up on this video. You think a 15 second video from across the parking lot is a more reliable indication of intoxication than a Blood Alcohol Concentration drawn at a hospital?

The suspects themselves said she was more drunk than most people here are saying.

Think about that for a second

It’s not. Many people aren’t going to believe someone four times the legal limit to drive can jog across a road and hop a curb.

I think likely we are going to learn that there are problems with that reading.

It's been about 10 pages since it was pointed out, but can we recognize the outstanding job by the EBRSO detective with getting statements and getting that affidavit together.

Id like to believe he knew he had to bury these bastards and created the traps.

Or you greatly underestimate what shitfaced people are capable of

8 shots over 4 hours gets a 130lb female around .31 BAC. That's not a wild amount of drinking in tigerland I've seen my wife and her friends do that and more and walk just fine

So that’s the standard.

Here my question then: I’ve been told that black out drunk means that you can walk, etc but won’t remember it.

So as long as a person can walk, they’re able to make decisions? I’m NOT being ugly — truly trying to understand and thanking God I’m not in that jury pool (should it go to trial).

I am only asking as so much is confusing to me. This poor girl and at this point her parents have been weighing on my mind as I have a daughter almost 22.
