It really is irrelevant in light of the end of the video and the statements. What are you even getting at?

You’re doing nothing but victim blaming. It’s almost as if you’re personally insulted that people think your kid’s friends are trash (they are).

It's hard to square up .32 less than a couple hours later with the limited amount we see in the video.
That vide is so short that I don't understand why yall are trying to make any kind of determination of her sobriety on it.
I can't imagine I'm the only one who's seen drunks make a few somewhat coordinated movements before not being able to walk straight.

I mean the end of the video is pretty consistent with everything we know.

asking honestly, what do you keep getting at with the blackout comments? I'm confused. Are you saying bc she's on video running and walking out the bar that she couldn't have been blackout drunk to different degrees? Asking for real. People do all kinds of shite and sometimes aren't very aware the next day of certain events and time lapses.

I once fell blackout on a street in the French Quarter, had a concussion and somehow ended up at my friend’s place via Taxi. Did I do anything “willingly” or with “thought”? No

I thought they saw her trying to open up random cars so they approached her seeing her as a target

Exactly. Some people seem to think being blackout drunk means you're effectively a corpse that needs the weekend at bernies treatment to get anywhere.

Their comments are really the only evidence needed to prove rape

What about the THC in her system? Is it believed that they likely smoked weed before the rape too?

That doesn't really mean anything unless one of the suspects admits to it. THC can stay in the system long after it is consumed.

Only morons, guys who have taken advantage of girls in the past and feel guilty, and black racists think the video matters
You don’t have an ounce of common f*cking sense.
That video was a game changer. Maybe not according to the strict letter of the law. Maybe not even in the minds of any unbiased potential juror who understands the concept of consent. However, in the minds of every black juror, that video will almost certainly give them the excuse they need to let those black kids off -- especially the 17-year-old. These black jurors aren't going to worry about legal niceties. They are going to see a 19-20 year old blonde sorority girl running after the 17-year-old BBC who left her at the bar. If the reports are true, and she was hanging all over him and dancing with him and kissing on him in Reggies, and there’s video to back it up, this isn’t even going to be close. These black jurors are going to ask themselves why is this 19–20 year old blond college sorority girl throwing herself all over some 17-year-old black HIGH SCHOOL kid, and then chase him out of the bar as he was just trying to leave. These black jurors are going to view her as the aggressor no matter how f*cking drunk she was.
To anyone with even a lick of common sense, you should realize that the only thing that’ll save a prosecutors case is if the video in the car shows something completely different. Unless she was in the car, screaming "NO" as the 17-year-old was violently raping her against her will, there’s not a chance in f*cking hell a black juror will vote guilty on the 17-year-old.
With the 18-year-old, it’s all gonna depend upon what’s on that video.

i brought the THC point up yesterday maybe saying IMO it matters if the vehicle of rapers offered her something to smoke in the vehicle when they left. That just raises the severity IMO if so. Other than that, who knows how long it was in her system or from when. hard to make a point of much about it other than my wondering of if they smoked in vehicle.

Why are you so assumptive of what a particular black juror might think? It's like you think you have the whole "black people" figured out.

They were already doing that without the video.

This thread is comedic gold.

The Daily Mail through the MSN feed are going all in on MSN Link Casen Carver AND his parents and siblings. I actually feel sorry for his father and brother being dragged into this because of Casen's actions. If I'm Casen then I'm spilling my guts to cut the best deal I can out of this so it takes the heat off of his family who he has put into the crosshairs through no fault of their own.

The question is why do you keep interjecting being blacked out? There’s many posters that said she’d never leave with these losers willingly.

Further, what relevance does it have to do with anything? I get you're taking up for your bay here, but what do you think that video helps?
Facts are relevant, no?
My bay? How old are you?

That is quite a take coming from you
My take was always about the facts and not the ridiculous embellishments people were adding to make what was already a horrible event sound even worse.

Zero percent chance this person is a regular TD user. Look at the writing style, at the peculiar use of adverbs atypical to the standard TD meathead. This is definitely someone who joined this board for the explicit purpose of talking about this tragedy.
Also curiously fond of The Daily Mail
That poster definitely works for a news site. Joined only to post for the story and probably just Googled famous old lsu athletes for their username.
Screw em. Chicken should put the banhammer on that shite
