A 10 sec clip at 1.50am that has people suddenly forgetting about her getting off her stool and stumble at the bar at 1am and 3 people assist her back up.
At 1.34 am and only 16mins before the 10 sec video shows her fall after getting up of a bench by the door.
We have 2 statements admitting she was unstable on her feet,couldn't keep her balance and stumbled, slurred her words and had no idea where the frick she lived.

While they wouldn't be under as much fire with the public, but the police knew 2 things before they even knew who the perps were: She had a .32 BAC and had been anally assaulted that night.
It wouldn't be a slam dunk, but the cops and DA could easily put together a narrative that the only people who could have possibly raped her were one or more of those 4 men. Lean on them until one cracks (the one's that didn't actually do it).

The DA would still have a case, but it would be muddier. It would be a WHOLE lot different on here as well in terms of how people felt about it. I know that for certain

Even Woody Overton says he was always hoping people would talk a lot bf asking for an atty.
Makes their job much harder to convict. Which is why an innocent definitely should ask for one.

I hate to be this person - but I'm going to say it. I may or may not know of someone who had a BAC in that range who clearly remembers that night and was not close to death whatsoever, and no amphetamines involved

The way i see it, there were 4 guys and one of her. No *real* 19-year-old sorority girl is going to willingly let those 2 guys have anal sex (or any other kind of sex) with her one after the other in a backseat with 2 other guys in the front, and they were likely complete strangers to her. She had to be completely drunk out of her mind. Idk what kind of people some of you know or if you just watch a lot of porn but it just wouldn’t happen. If she got upset and demanded to be let out of the car like some have said, it’s probably because of the a$$-rape. Just guessing.

BAC isn’t always the best evidence. I quit drinking a couple years ago, so if I drank today I’d get hammered pretty fast more than likely. 3-4 years ago I could drink a shitload and still function.
