I put gutters on the front.
Put gutters on carport at rear side of house.
For backyard the patio has gutters i tied underground to my catch basins in the yard.
Neighbor side I have no gutters

I did it through home depot 10 years ago with what ever contractor they used.
Got a good price and they survived Hurricane Ida no problem while the roof did not.

Use sodium metasilicate to clean and then finished with oxalic acid to bring back the natural color.
Spray on and then I used a pressure washer to rinse off.
I also used protective gloves and mask while mixing.
And spray water on grass to protect from chemical burn.
Don't use chlorine as it damages the fibers and strips it of natural oils and the look fades quickly.

Actions of the whore are fine. Not revolting.
Actions of classmates revolting.

I was mowing at .6 on a john deere 42inch tractor with minimal scalping.
The reel I have zero scalping.

The op doesn't need to worry about scalping at this point. He just needs the bermuda to run.Any low spots he can spot fill with play sand over the next couple months.
He needs worry about how it looks next year not this season.

I wouldn't get st augustine just because of the dog.
I ripped all mine out because of the dog piss damage.Bermuda always filled in the spot and not st augustine.
If your dog has a spot they like to lay in the grass, that will look like crap and the walking trail he will make to that spot.

I have st augustine on parts of my property and it looks great and i give it zero fertilizer or water or care.Just pull the occasional weed.

But anywhere the dog hangs out alot is a no for me.

From personal experience .5 and .6 Inch are the optimal hoc for common bermuda to run aggressively and fill 1000sqft or more.
All you need is plenty of water and fertilizer.
I used 46-0-0 urea every month and ammonium sulfate every month. So every 2 weeks I was laying one of those down.
This is on clay.
I ripped out a deck and planted seed.
At 1 inch it just grew upright.
At .6 it has spread and filled in and getting thick.
Also changed from rotary to a cheap sunjoe battery reel mower.

1 inch just filled in after glyphosate last year.
Applied 2nd app pgr and haven't mowed in 12 days with all the rain.
I may just get the weedeater and weedeat that shite out and then scalp at .6 and add some sand.

I am on season 2 or 3 of trying to eradicate this son of a bitch.

Backyard sprayed glyphosate and it died and some came back the same season.
After admitting defeat on chemical control I switched to photosynthesis,or more precisely, don't allow it.
So every time a saw some come up I would pull it,trying to pull up as much root as possible.
The backyard is now 99% free.So far an odd shoot has come up.

Front yard it is on property line and my neighbor who has shitloads and it blends well with their no nutrients ever, cut once a fortnight st augustine.

Glyphosate was useless from last year.
Pretty sure i found runners so I will be fighting this forever while the neighbor has it thriving.
Only thing giving me hope is that it doesn't like my height of cut as much as the neighbors.

Started an area by pulling plugs and cutting them in half and then filling half with sand.
I'm hoping the runners won't like the sand and along with hand pulling I can keep some control.

To keep it simple you can get a Savor card from C1.
We use it for anything to do with food and 3% cash back. Groceries, take out, restaurants.
Have a wells Fargo card for everything else.
No yearly fee.
I get a new personal and business card every year that gets me around 1k every year in introduction bonuses.
We usually get back another 1k -2k in cash back.
Business card racks up a heap more.
Chase card for Amazon and 5% back on those.

I only do cash back,I have no interest in travel rewards. For you it might be better.
Put a bid at 8.58 this morning.
As much as I hate trying to catch a falling knife,50% from the high seemed worth a shot.
And Monday's are tracking down 4 of 6 Monday's,so i didn't carry any trades over weekend.

Really is a great camera.
Bought this for my daughter when she was 15 and decided she wanted to be a professional photographer.
We never invested money in primes and went with 1.8 for the value.
It's still here as a back up to the backup camera.
Shifted to sony a7iv so we could buy the tamron 35-150 f2-2.8 and sony 90mm macro.
That's now backup to the a7v and sigma 85mm 1.4 art and viltrox 35mm 1.2.

To the op,whatever you decide go the manufacturer website and look for any refurbished deals .
The camera sell groups on Facebook are generally safe.ive bought 3 lens and a camera on there pretty cheap
Nice 20% range off the low again today.
Unfortunately I was in a meeting missing the action.
Fortunately the meeting was way more valuable than a trade today.
Hoping this range keeps up until September.

Sold this morning when it first hit 7.88
With 20%+ range I went conservative with 19% from the days low of 6.62 and just under resistance.
For now I'm going to play the daily ranges when opportunity presents itself with this one.

Starting with $8600 in a roth ira simply make 1 trade per week as soon as it hits 5% profit sell.
Then repeat the next week for a total of 156 consecutive trades(3 years) and you will be worth $17,379,172.99.

Yes I trade mine and I've got stinky pinks in there so don't follow my advice.

I could go on vacation and ride some roller-coasters.
Or buy 1200 mrln and ride that roller-coaster.
Went with the later.

Look at bioadvanced season long weed killer and preventer for southern lawns. It has the same ingredient as the preemergant specticle which is fantastic stuff.

I switched to this last year and have been really pleased.
Prodiamine isn't effective against the weeds in my neighborhood.

Start checking local Walmart and lowes around August and you can score some $7 bags.

Still trying to convert my front yard from centipede to bermuda.
About 70% there

Spent all of last year spoon feeding urea every 2 weeks.
Sprayed quinclorac 4 times and the shite still won't die.

Later this week will scarify the centipede in hopes of ripping more stolons up.

I bought the cheapest one I could find a few years ago.
It's awesome.
Bought another for one side of the house last year.
Put brass quick connects on everything .

Refinance to lower months remaining and pay the same amount .
If not, the savings will somehow get wasted somewhere else.
