Well 2 have apparently agreed to come forward. So I guess we will see
And the one victim on Facebook is not anonymous

His address is public record as part of the criminal record.
But looks like if multiple other cases (4) come forward, he's seen his last day breathing free air.

I’ll also add that if Washington was twice previously charged for rape, shouldn’t Ard and the DA for Livingston Parish have some explaining to do? Was there no enough evidence to convict this serial predator? Is the DA woke and didn’t feel the need to put a black rapist behind bars?
If I lived in LP, if want some answers. Especially after what we learned about Jason’s boy Perkins

This is becoming a tale as old as time. Not specifically for black career criminals, but just career criminals in general. We are way too soft on prosecuting pieces of shite.

There are TOOOOONNNNNSSSS of "pretty blonde college girls" who willingly engage in some sick shite.
The old "girls are whores these days and ya'll are just naive" trope. Still? We are 155 pages in.
Sure, plenty of girls are whores and plenty of white, pretty sorority girls are wild and will do a lot of things.
But given the totality of this scenario, including all the alleged facts of what took place, where, who, etc., that idea does not play here and is not relevant.

Has anyone looked at the LP records to verify?

Man, shut the frick up with this nonsense.
Is there a signup sheet for dumbasses to come in here and try to derail this thread with stupidity?

Tell us something. You read the arrest warrant in this case, know there is video of him laughing after raping and dumping her, yet you want to argue about people not believing 30-40 year old rape accusations?
What does either have anything to do with the other?
You seriously think it isn’t plausible this guy, on these facts, didn’t rape other girls?

Yep.
Oddly enough your name was at the top.

why are kids under 21 allowed in these bars? Is that a Louisiana thing? For the record, I think 18 year olds/college students should be able to drink legally in bars.
It may not be just a Louisiana thing. I know I’ve been to some places with my wife and we get a wristband. Maybe I’m thinking of concerts rather than bars.
I think it’s a bad idea to let kids too young to legally drink get into places like this. A place like Chimes might be a different matter since it’s also a sit-down restaurant with table service and a lengthy food menu.
Maybe what they need to do is hire some hot chicks to walk around with portable breathalyzers. What guy would not want some hottie with c-cups gripping the back of his head while he blows into a tube at chest level? Girls seem to like that too. If they blow too high, they get encouraged to hang around until they sober up a bit - getting handed a food menu and charged for a Gatorade or offered free water in a large glass. Heck, they can even pour tea in a pint glass so the poor kids don’t feel socially inadequate.

Look no further than the comments here and WAFB as to why charges aren't pursued: -she did it and then regretted -her fault for being drunk -what proof is there? her word vs. his? -her sexual history? (people brought that up here) -her family and friends knowing? -appearing in court to testify? -defense attorney trashing her ('she consented') in media? That's why most rapes go unreported.

False. I am c/o 91 and we were able to drink from 18 to 21.
the LA drinking age was changed in 1987
there was a loophole that was closed in 1995 that finally ended the 18 to buy
I dont remember exactly how it all went down, but I remember distinctly in the Fall Semester of 1993 my roommate at LSU, who was HS class of 91, was unable to drink in LSU area bars because he was 20.
I do believe that was a temporary situation in EBR Parish in 1993, so maybe it was the result of one of the MANY lawsuits and stays and injunctions related to the drinking age

Virtually anything is "plausible".
