I didn’t say he was doing it. Just asking if f there’s anything he could intentionally do to jeopardize the likely outcome. He’s a defense attorney. He’d do anything to get his clients off right?

I had a child that almost died in OLOL after drinking in Reggie's under age. Darren told me it was because I was a bad parent and did not raise my child right. I was about to have him taken care of but was talked out of it. It sucks that it took this to bring them down.

How does a 27 year old Techno song from Britush techno group have anything to do with it?
I doubt anyone under 25 is even familiar with that song. Maybe you just remember the shocking title.

The video was a lesbian beating people up.

Are you really arguing with him about black people glorifying violence through music

Why would this student get in an automobile with four more than a shady looking fellows? Much like other tragic situations where the person did not ask for it, this certainly could have been prevented.

We already know why they raped her; they are nothing but thugs

Have you ever been blackout drunk? Your mind doesn't work right.
I blame whomever she went to the bar with that night. I hope they read this. The blood is on YOUR hands too.

So has the OT shifted to the point of view that anything above 0.3 absolves a person a personal responsibility. Are drunk drivers absolved of their decision to get behind the wheel?

To be clear, the thugs are 100% responsible for raping her. However anyone who doesn’t believe this could not have been prevented by Not making a stupid drunken decision to get in the car is being disingenuous

Who said that?

You can’t consent a .319. That’s what everyone agrees on.

If you drive at that level, you are culpable. If someone has sex with you, they cannot claim you gave consent while that drunk.

I’m not talking about consent. I’m talking about this certainly could have been prevented had she not made a stupid drunk decision

To do what?

Rape could have been prevented if the baws had kept it zipped. They didn’t, and they can’t claim consent.

She didn’t die because of the rapes. The baws will go to jail for it, though.

Of all the songs he could have picked, he went with a song old enough to have a child partying at reggies, that isn't part of black or trash culture, is British, and is Big Beat (not rap).

Lemme see if I got this straight. She’s blind drunk. Yet she’s supposed to assess the baws in the car and make a risk- based decision in that state?

Gotta be tough on them too. Not as bad as losing a child, but pretty fricking bad.
