Black culture is the single biggest issue in America right now. And yes, before I say this, I am very well aware that every black person doesn't think alike. Not a 100% monolithic group (although very, very close to it based on voting trends). Anyways...
Black people rooted for a very guilty OJ in that trial just because he's one of them. They couldn't have given two fricks that he actually killed people, as long as he got one over on the man.
It's the same thing here. They don't care that these feral creatures actually raped this poor girl and left her on the side of the road like trash. Hell, you know there are hoodrats out there who are proud of these pieces of shite. They don't care if he actually did it. They only care about keeping one of their own out of prison.
This shite is sickening. If four white guys had done this to a poor innocent black girl, I'd want to see them publicly skinned and hanged, because that is what should happen to anyone who does something like this. If by some damn miracle these pieces of shite are actually thrown in prison, there will be widespread looting, rioting, and arson, because they were just good kids on their way to their AP chemistry classes.
This country is broken and it isn't going to get fixed anytime soon.
Preach Brother! This is what I want Tate to step up annd address. Don’t fuss at the bars and lecture the students about drinking, use your position as a black man and university president to address the black community that glorifies this type of violence towards women and defends the perpetrators. Try to make a real change within the black community. But I know he won’t. And he won’t call out the black mayor or police chief for their impotency with crime. He’s too woke to call out fellow progressives.

From one of his ex-teachers at Walker:
quote:
Kaivon was a nightmare. Thought he could do anything without consequences. Kept telling me just wait till my mom gets hold of you. When the conference was scheduled he kept a countdown of how many days till i was gonna get it. Had to have admin in conference. She told me i was picking on her son ( since i expected him to behave and do his work). I couldn't wait for him to be out of my room. After, I would turn and go the other way when I saw him coming. He kept trying to start stuff with me by talking loudly about how horrible I was to the person with him. Couldn't figure out how some teachers loved him. He made my skin crawl and had to watch my back. Never turned my back on him.

I am not referring to any specific demographic. One can be in school and even "graduate" from high school and still have very basic/limited mental functioning. And incapable of empathy.

I'm simply stating that the original statement that no woman would ever do such a thing shows how sheltered some of you really are
Doesnt matter if she had always dreamed of being gangbanged, or if she had been gangbanged 10 times before. According to what we know so far she was way too far gone. Those guys at the least should have known better. Hard to believe that all 4 went along without saying hold the frick on.

Nothing y'all are saying to each other is necessarily in disagreement.
"It's not true that no such girl would ever do this voluntarily" is no less correct than "This girl did not do this voluntarily."
You're arguing past each other making totally different points.

Wow. plus the previous rape allegation a few yrs ago. This POS was a ticking time bomb. His arse needs to be split in angola for the rest of his life. Fking predator.

And what a fking surprise that momma enabled his behavior. Guarantee you she still thinks he could do no wrong and he is a victim.

Which is what I've been pointing out.
This poor girl was raped.
But it is absolute insanity to say no woman has ever done the little bullet point list that was typed up. And repeating such a fallacy gives the ...other... side a leg they don't deserve to stand on when they try to disparage the deceased.

I've dealt with kids like this before. Their mother/grandmother will back them no matter what so they think they have free reign to do whatever they want. "Wait til I tell my mama" -- well, mama isn't gonna be able to do a damn thing once the judge sentences him. You all might remember a guy named Thedrick Edwards who was given a life sentence for kidnapping & rape. I dealt with him and his older brother (who also ended up in prison for attempted murder or murder) and they were the same way.
Looks like they had a nice little visit

Not really.
The animals are still animals.
The girl met a very tragic and horrifying end.
There's a few shitty posters making defamatory statements against her.
Oh, and a few posters who likely have sex with their wives through the holes in their pajamas.

And his jury was 11 of 12 guilty when the evidence was clear. Only reason he was convicted is because it was before the Supreme Court required unanimous juries.
Put one black momma on the jury, and Madison Brooks' rapists will not be convicted. At the very least they will make sure its a lesser charge and not 1st degree rape. Its not about guilt or innocence nowadays, its about protecting our young black men from the criminal justice system.

That attorney is going to use black people to publicly shame the victim's reputation in the hopes that the family will just give up and ask Moore to offer a deal.
A large majority of black people hate white people more than they love their own children

Single mother households, where grandma usually is responsible for raising these losers who become predators.

If it makes it to trial, hopefully it gets relocated to a more lawful district and the prosecutor can use his strikes to remove black women.

that wasn't my point, point is being a sorority girl and a catholic school doesn't make her less wild than her counterparts.
The post you were replying to was referencing the exact scenario in this incident. Your reply was completely irrelevant. And “wild” is quite a summation of what you think happened here.
There a lot of pieces to this that go way beyond sex. It’s pretty shitty of you to boil it down to that level.
