BUMP.
It’s been one month and 3 days since I started this post. The people in power are now in plans to make a plan to take down the Hotel....
WWL on the next phase

In other words, it still hasn’t changed except for some buildings around it.

It’s not demo on the building, it’s demo on the three buildings surrounding it in order to place cranes in those areas to begin the demo of the actual hard rock spot

Why so soon?

Aren’t they rushing this a bit?

I think 2022 would be the real sweet spot for this kinda project

We've all been dying for this day to happen. Kudos, Hard Rock.

The parts that haven't been eaten by rats, vultures, maggots, raccoons, etc. are.

Have any payments been made by the developers to the demolition company? It would not be the first time they disappeared when a payment was due. They said they were paying for the crane implosion and noshowed the day it was due. Hard Rock, which has zero liability or responsibility wired the money. The Hard Rock foundation also gave grants for businesses in the area. The only people the developers appear to have paid are their lawyers and pr people.

What a shame. How has destroya not been tarred and feathered yet?
I'll admit I stopped paying much attention to this the past couple months. So just how much tax money did she give the families to stay quiet?
