That’s awesome. If we had an honest media in this country they’d be reporting this.

Who was the storm chaser that almost got effed at Rutherford beach during Laura?

We need this thing to lift off to his NE and have some southerly winds push some more water up the ramp.

This could happen.

Y'all bring up a great reason to stay tuned to this stream - if this dumbass tries to leave as the water recedes (secedes), he needs to realize he's on the west side of the storm with north winds right now. The moment he gets onto 82, the winds should start to work their way back to W and then SW winds.

Dodged death for the moment, has water constantly rising towards him, but still makes sure to tell you to subscribe and hit that notification bell.

What a weird reason to freak out

Would imply they think they are doing something wrong

The road at Creole is probably about 5-8 feet above sea level. The road is on a ridge , kind of like an old sand bar that runs east west.

Right after this the trooper came out asked my why I took the photo and I told him because it was BS. He said OK and that was it. He couldn't say much but no doubt he understood and agreed.

I imagine those troopers have had to deal with some shite the last weeks standing guard at the hotels around the city.
