Ahh ok. Final frame of sat looks like the eye disappeared or collapsed. But it may just be the higher clouds from eye wall covering it in that one frame

All my Jennings in-laws have gone to Houston already. Thanks for checking in. You staying or leaving?
Good to hear. I'm on the northshore, I was just over there that day for work.

Well we spent all day boarding windows and triple layering tarps on my brother’s roof. He lives just south of the Lake Charles casinos. They’re headed to Houston for a couple days. They have so much debris in their neighborhood that it’s gonna be a freaking mess.

My heart goes out to all of them and to all of you guys recovering from Laura and getting this. Damaged roofs and debris already around is an awful thing with a hurricane coming in.

Hardcore fan of Team Dry Air here.

when ASH has a home football game... I can hear pretty much everything

and if they have a fireworks show... let's just say I'm glad I'm not ex-military with PTSD

I know the complex. I am opposite side of Jackson St. I can sit in my backyard and listen to the ASH games lol

Gotcha. That area of town has seen a good bit of changes since I actually lived in Ellick.

You should be fine, as long as you don’t drink the water over there. Weird shite happens across the river

I took decent plywood sheets from piles on my street today to board up my big windows. All the hardware stores had to be chaos today and I wasn't up for that

David Bernard said the HH had a pressure of 949 on one of their passes but I don’t see it on the recon?

Solid traffic from east of Lake Charles to the Texas state line. I'd say screw that and evacuate to Baton Rouge or New Orleans.
