I am so confused. Weather guy I follow on FB posted something an hour ago with the same track (going close to BR or right over) did something happen to shift it more west? Good Lord BR can take one for the team so LC can get spared.

ARE there...
And I don't think they would be "guesses" as opposed to scientific facts.
All of the conditions are in place for Delta to undergo a rapid intensification.
