Nothing says prepare for 11" of snow like kicking the AC on

So almost 15in of snow in Opelousas. What realistically happens? Pandemonium in the streets, pets heads falling off?

Fradella is saying 6 inches to a foot which is crazy in the Nola metro area

The state would shut down for weeks if that happens. Nearly a FOOT of wet snow would bring down nearly every tree and power line.

Don’t you think the local meteorologist would be better? Wouldn’t they know the nuances of the area especially with all the water around?

Thank goodness it’s snow I don’t think we could handle 120-150 inches of rain

My plant is not surviving this snow lol

Man.. I want snow but 14+ inches!? Living around the Opelousas area already sucks without snow.

Do snowy climates typically get a foot of wet snow though?

I assume you are referring to a refinery/chemical plant.
I’m more worried about the temps than the snow.
