Woman A has two kids. Her good friend Woman B also has two kids. They both start "day cares" where they take turns babysitting each other's kids while they dick around. Those daycare services are being paid for by taxpayers. I would not be even remotely surprised if the mother of the dead children has been friends with Domonique since before they were born.

There's similar shite going on with foster homes. Do you remember a few years back when a white cop shot a black girl that was trying to stab another black girl, and Lebron James chimed in on twitter basically calling for violence against the cop? The black girl with the knife was outside of her "foster home", but her biological mom lived a block or two away. Same welfare scam bullshite, where the girl was probably spending most of her time at her mom's.

Auditors are supposed to ask for business licenses, proof of payment, and where that income is being reported. If there's no income being reported from a legit business, sorry not sorry rejected.
