I wish the apprehending officers that eventually caught the suspect would have put a bullet in that guy's head. And I would have loved to been on the jury, if it made it that far.
What an absolute piece of shite.
What an absolute piece of shite.

Idk how you drive with a bullet lodged in your head but I wish it would've went through his, along with a few more.
Fudge that guy

More cops ought to take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and learn to submit them instead of just immediately start punching. 2 BJJ trained cops should have easily been able to subdue that guy.
Cops have some of the hardest jobs on earth. They are in danger most of the time. The few times it really goes south for them, they are nitpicked and second guessed like crazy by the media and public. Even when they do the right thing and use acceptable deadly force, they are still crucified by the public. Yes, sometimes cops make errors, but put yourself in their shoes. I would just start ground checking them.
Edit: I didn't realize the guns on the ground were the cops backup weapons.

I.CANT.EVEN. Did the cops explain in detail why he was being stopped and have the victim’s consent to detainment or any further enforcement action ? Was the victim close to his own subdivision or home ? Was he stopped for something that the victim did not feel should be priority at the time.
Maybe the victim had a bad day and didn’t really feel like dealing with the cops. If he was close to his own subdivision or thought the cops should have been investigating murders they should have left him alone.
It's almost like you're related to him or something lol

The weapon that I see the cop clearing and tossing to the side is the same weapon that fell out of the other cops ankle holster. The holster is visible. The cop clears and tosses the weapon so the perp can’t get it. Isn’t it amazing how two people can see a video and see two different things. I never saw either cop try to clear the weapon that he shot the perp with. Watch the video again.

This is the type of criminal that should be submitted for brain studies in case there’s something science can figure out to eradicate. Whatever DNA strand or chromosome is responsible for the no remorse and no respect for human life should be eliminated if there is such a thing. It’s just not human to do this type of thing and is typically why people like this are called animals.

A respiratory choke hold would have shut him down when they had his back. They don't do it b/c it is against policy unless it's a deadly force encounter. At the time it was resisting w/ violence, which escalated to deadly force when he went for his weapon in the vehicle. The police are always wrong when they use the force needed to restrain a non compliant suspect. It puts them in a bad situation.

I used her “ I.CANT.EVEN “ to show that it was bait. Proximo said it wasn’t well done. He hit the bait three times on the first cast !

And people wonder why they are quick to use deadly force.
Using an outlier situation to prove your point is insane. This guy obviously was a threat, and the cops handled it both professionally and well. It also does not excuse other situations where cops escalate way too quickly do to poor training combined with an us vs. them mentality.
Here's hoping both those police were able to stay on the force.

They certainly didn't handle it as well as they could have, but that likely has a lot to do with the criticism and scrutiny they would have received had they shot him sooner. They should have put a bullet in his head as soon as he reached through the driver's side window.

Great example of how fast a situation can escalate. This guy was even able to retrieve a weapon from his vehicle. Imagine if he had it in his pocket and was trying to get to it. No way anyone can argue deadly force wouldn't be justified........
Unless the suspect sold CDs for a living and was a known member of the N Baton Rouge community

Did you even watch the damn video? Dude was going 85+ on the highway, clearly under the influence of something (hence the inability to walk toe to toe), and was getting placed under arrest for said actions.
He then went Hulk on the officers.
I don't give a shite if he was in his freaking driveway, he should have been put down.
