Glad the POS got what was coming to him but that was a messed up stop.

Does not apply in this case but what a scary thing to have to do. Walk up to a car you stopped with no one to protect your 6. Not a job I would want.

Yes. If people weren't entitled idiots would it happen less often? Yes

Or if a lot of cops didn't think they write laws, are allowed to beat the shite out of people, make up charges...this would happen less often.

What is a lot exactly? Officers have MILLIONS of interactions with citizens everyday and absolutely nothing goes wrong. This isnt the 1970s and cops are not planting guns, drugs, etc on people. 95% or higher of the incidents that go wrong are started by the accused and not the officers.

Cops throw all sorts of charges at people when they are arrested for various things. They charge and see what sticks. But cops have been fricking people up for over a century, sometimes because its warranted, sometimes because they can. And yeah it may not be the 1970's but that doesn't mean cops aren't out there planting shite on people, throwing bullshite charges on people, beating the shite out of people, using excessive force on people, and or killing people when it's not warranted.

I am not saying it DOESN'T happen but you make it sound like its even more than a small few. I doubt it would be even 1% of officers. Are there times that unfortunately people are killed by police when the police screw up? Yes, Philandro Castro. That is the exception and not the rule. In 99.9%+ of the incidents that go wrong if the accused listened to lawful commands, the situation would have never escalated.

Not really. Plenty of examples of cops using deadly force when there is no threat at all. There are good and bad cops out there but a lot of times they like to shoot first and figure out the dets later.

Remember when the black guy is getting out his wallet like the cop asked and then get shot for doing such, while parked in a gas station parking lot? Or the body camera of the cop who kills two dogs who were running around having a good time (it would be different if it were pit bulls, but these were little bitch dogs). Or the time that one cop shot a guy getting out of his flipped SUV?

I wonder why these cops are so quick to kill?

Why can't you stick to this incident? Getting dragged into the issue of good cop/bad cop is not the topic. Please keep the 'bleeding heart' issues in their proper places. Thank you.

Now list the same amount of good cop stories...
I said there are good and bad cops out there. The main problem is how for the most part, that the police departments and judges are letting some of these blatantly bad piggies avoid jail time for killing someone, where as almost any other profession would be sent to jail (unless you rich of course). Obviously there are cases that are too close to call, but again there are blatantly examples of cops abusing their power that gets punished through paid time off. If these bad cops could be held accountable and face the same punishment as any other citizen would, then things would be much different. Like the Tenn sheriff that was caught saying telling the officers that instead of ramming a car to just shoot him, as it will tear up his cars. He later went on to say that he loves this shite and thrives on it. If the guys at the top are this trigger happy, then how can one expect them to police themselves, which is THE problem.

Like it or not, the standard is not whether there was an objective threat, but whether there was a reasonably perceived threat.
Again, plenty of examples of cops shooting with no perceived threat. In these situations I'm speaking of, if the cops were that scared and needed to shoot, then they don't need to be a fricking cop.
