Expect a rapid expansion in the former, just in response to recent policy changes. I'm just calling them like I see them.

That is kind of the point. Dallas is actually embracing what will destroy it in the name of feelings.

Enjoy your time now there, however Collin County will overtake Dallas as the main hub of the Metroplex. It has already begun.

Alaska tried this and it failed miserably. Really impacted quality of life. It's something I see various other places doing now and it's backwards.

Drug crimes? I'm all for decriminalization but once you let the reigns loose on property crime it gets bad

Let a bunch of thieves out of jail without any way to make an income and then act surprised they steal again.

Makes sense

Exactly. It will only get worse with the morons in charge up there right now.

And it will eventually spread more to the nice areas. Especially if a dem gets in the white house and uses the HUD to enforce "fair" housing practices.

It's insanity. You can walk in a store, take what you want, walk out and sell for .50 on the dollar. It created a sub culture of young, unemployed drug addicted thieves and fences making a fortune.

It's not just Dallas or Ak, it's all down the west Coast too.

With how you post about it, you'd imagine the discrepancy is more like A+ to D or below.

Plan your exit now while there is time. Once the North Dallas suburbs fall, the rest of the city will collapse quickly. It is the only barrier left keeping any rankings high.

Once again, they too are migrating North. We will wait for you at the border to help you cross safely.

Generally speaking generalizations suck. The prosecutor may drop a felony in exchange for a guilty plea on a much lesser charge because they one, might not want to put the victim through a trial and two, a jury might be less inclined to convict this "well-dressed, nicely-groomed young defendant".

There is some truth to that. They aren’t “forced,” but when no one wants to hire you because you have a record, you go back to the only thing you know. I think that people should not be obligated to disclose their criminal record to potential employers unless it involves children or sexual crimes.

You wouldn't want to know if someone had been convicted of theft before you hired them to work for you?

Just wait until Dallas Cty population growth inverts. Collin / Denton / Tarrant keep growing.

Just look at where the new high rises are being built...

If these low life thugs have no more self control than animals does that mean we can treat them like the animals they are?

Frisco and The Colony are going to continue to grow. Pilot Point area is going to be the McKinney and Allen of the 90’s as far as the new suburbs.
