The north side is Mexican. South side is mostly white with some Indians. They're about to open a Costco business center right there which will most likely change the area a bit as well.

What's that matter anyways? We're talking about food. Drive down Greenville avenue from lovers down to Ross and basically take your pick of restaurants.

What did I say inaccurate? Dallas proper has most certainly seen the same level of development as what the burbs are seeing now. It's retarded to say otherwise. The burbs wouldn't exist if Dallas didn't have that development.

Dallas saw it in the past, the burbs are seeing it now. Your discounting it because of that.

I didn't even notice how much that map proved my point. If you live in Dallas, you live right next to the large concentration of those dots. If you live in McKinney it looks like you have 1 then have to drive to the rest. In Dallas, I have all those dots next to me then the same length drive to the others as it is from McKinney.

But were talking about building ramping up now, not in the past.

Yes it would be retarded to say that the burbs came before dallas proper.

That's not what were arguing.

You said

Over a 5 year stretch, that area has seen more building than Dallas Proper can dream of.

Dallas doesn't have to dream of it. They can look around and see the effects of it.

You wouldn't want to know if someone had been convicted of theft before you hired them to work for you?

Would I want to? Yes. Do I think it should stop them from ever being able to get a job? No. The charge should still be on the record, but O think the ex-con should have a 2nd chance. If we think he is rehabilitated enough to be released into society, then he should be able to apply for jobs fairly. If he breaks the law again, back to prison. Again, if it involves crimes of a sexual nature or children, then that should have to be disclosed. Obviously, not all felonies are alike.

We can check this map out later in a year and see how we are doing. Ranking out the fine dining of DFW. 99% of Dallas fine dining is on 5% of the land area. Dallas does not have great food as a whole, a little sliver of rich people eat well

Jesus Christ you are the dumbest most uniformed individual when it comes to the subject of DFW.

No one is debating east Plano is a shithole. West side is great and highly desirable.

Collin Creek's redevelopment will help Plano East bigly though

Not really, because it comes down to how far I zoomed and a definition of quality food, which is nothing more than opinions. I am just having fun getting my post count up with you Dallasites.

quote:

Dallas-Fort Worth suburban counties ended up being the fastest growing, beating out their urban cores. Denton, Collin, and Rockwall counties ranked in the Top 10 fastest-growing large counties in Texas from 2010 to 2018. Denton county leads with an almost 30 percent increase.

It is a shame all the upper income home owners can only dine at Wendy's and Taco Bell and the apartment dwellers of Dallas get better food

Muh street tacos are better in Dallas

Yep -

Its amazing what is going on over there. Willow Bend Estates is retired Cowboy central. Might even catch a cracked out Michael Irving sighting.

This is a correct statement. Plano is too close to Dallas and going downhill fast.
