10:30 -- Now have officers with students who were trapped above shooter. SWAT seems to be maneuvering into position to begin clearing building.

10:32 -- Officer shot at Austin & Commerce — injured in arm. Medics en route.

10:34 -- Report of suspects in Belo gardens, male and female. Male in gas mask, body armor, camo pants.

10:38 -- 30-35 people trapped on 6th floor of El Centro.

10:40 -- FBI on scene at El Centro.

10:44 -- Medics attempting to locate injured officer at Austin & Commerce.

10:50 -- At least one suspect still at large in area of El Centro, presumably still inside college.

10:55 -- Police en route to HQ with male suspect, wearing body armor, armed with pistol. This is not the El Centro suspect.

10:59 -- SWAT officers negotiating with suspect at El Centro.

11:07 -- From what I understand, they are bringing the EOD robot for a Black Chevy Tahoe. Unsure of location

11:10 -- Confusing info. right now — man in crowd claims he is suspect's brother.


11:12 -- 1080AM (KRLD) reporting suspect's brother's name is Cory Hughes(?). Apparently he is giving an interview right now.

11:13 -- Movement on South Side of El Centro, 4th or 5th floor. Nobody is sure if it is police or not.

11:16 -- 3rd and 4th floor, flashlights and movement. It is NOT law enforcement.

11:18 -- Someone on the south side of Commerce is trying to set a dumpster on fire.

11:19 -- Large crowd gathering at Jackson & Griffin, beginning to get violent.

11:21 -- All elements except for SWAT are being told to evacuate El Centro.
