Nobody wants pics of her trust me.
I care because she keeps bringing it up to me and harassing me about it in emails.
Can’t tell you my daughter’s name but it isn’t La-a. It is a normal name.

Sounds like there is some tension in this relationship. If only there was something you could do to ease said tension

I suggest you don't call her "stepmom." You're 30, that's ridiculous.

Your dad needs to step in and have a conversation with her.

Next time she misspells your daughters name, beat her arse.

You need to make a porno with her.

Id crack up if my dad's new wife was sending me emails about anything

Just call her your insane stepmom.

Here’s the problem. My dad passed away and she keeps harassing us. I told her to leave us alone after she pushed us out of her life and then kept lashing out at us but she still randomly will lash out by email or text since we don’t answer her calls.

You know exactly what you need to do. It starts with P and ends with B.

Is she technically even a step mom now?

Okay, now your story has me pretty confused... what?

When you have a parent who remarries when you are an adult it is hard to think of them as a "step mom or dad", but for whatever reason there are some step parents who are weird about that shite.
Went through a similar experience when my mom remarried.

She calls herself “your father’s true love” and shite like that.
Posted on 5/2/19 at 7:33 pm to TigerGrad2011
I would make extra effort to not call her your step mom whenever possible.

Maybe since your dad has passed she doesn't want to be reminded of that (my dad's wife) and wants to be seen as part of the family (albeit as your stepmom).
I can understand that to a degree.
Have you ever had a heartfelt conversation about your dad?

Just tell her she needs to calm down.

You got to tell her "Look, it was a spur of the moment things. Don't take it personal. I don't know what to tell you so let it go. If you bring it back up I am going to ignore you".
Seriously, you have to be straight forward. She might get pissed and might bring it up to your dad and try to create drama, but frick her.
