How long has this been going on and is it all because you won’t call her step-mom?
Threaten to sue her to get the things you are legally untitled to or play nice, get what you need then tell her to F off.

No travel softball. Let’s say it is the equivalent of your sone being named Steven and she writes Stephen on everything. I laugh at it because she keeps freaking out about us not treating her as family, and she can’t even spell my daughter’s name right.

All of this, except the third thing. Don't rape, but she'd definitely frick you. Just make sure you frick her in front of a notary and two witnesses like a proper gentleman in 2019

Over a year. To sue her would cost way too much money and she probably wins anyway on a technicality. No sense in throwing good money after bad, so I figured the waiting game was a better option.
She’s just insane and I’m getting tired of it.
