How do you know if she was a loose girl? They could have been in love since kindergarten.

I'm glad I don't have daughters, but yep. Don't frick in my house. If you or the girl don't own the house, then don't be surprised if you catch an arse-whooping or bullet. You act as if you're surprised.

Sooooo alpha. You would shoot an unarmed teenager because you failed as a parent.

yea, basically. What a hero.

If that's the case, the dad would be extra screwed.

Deserves a bullet for saying something disrespectful?

For a push?

Trayvon and Zimmerman ended up having clear evidence that Zimmerman had pretty bad injuries. We still do not know what the dad possible medical event was.

But you are one hard headed guy and acting too hard.

Great, that's not how the law works except maybe in your internet tough guy mind. You can enjoy prison along with the dad in this story.

You seem entirely too worked up about this. Did some girl's old man beat the frick out of you one time or something?

i don't think that matters in the end, but i'm no expert in TX law...other than TX has VERY STRONG self-defense laws, especially when the intruder is in your home. i mean TX allows you to use deadly force to stop a property crime, an i don't even think it has to be YOUR property

I wonder what the law is. I would think the law would follow common sense and would be if anyone who lives in the house invites someone to the house then they are not considered an intruder.

You say this as if it's a bad thing. You have to have strict property and personal defense laws with all the illegals and Katrina leftovers here.

She'll corroborate his story and he'll walk, guilty or not.

Can't really blame her if she does.

Poor girl just lost a boyfriend/lover/friend/frick buddy. She can either leave it at that, or she can testify against her father and lose him too. She will be an emotional wreck for a long long time

You can't go beat the crap out of some kid and then shoot him if he was there with permission from the daughter, but the kid can't go attack the old man for ruining his sex in the old man's house.

This is the answer. IF the old man just went in and shot him, then of course he deserves prison. If he went in and kicked him out and yelled at the kid and the kid pushed him or threatened him in his own house, then the kid ate the bullet he asked for.

If one of these, she might turn on pops. If it was just a random frick, she'll cover for dear old dad. Maybe even claim rape

I'm not a father, so I direct this question to those that have daughters.

When you were a horny 16 year old kid, would you have done any differently? Say a girl you like invites you over to hook up, and reassures you that you have nothing to worry about when it comes to her parents finding out. Would you have done it?

Clearly, this guy's daughter let the kid in to their home. Do you really need to take your anger out on the kid and get physical?

Sure, you look at life differently now that you have a daughter, but you didn't know any better when you were 16.
