Kid should have worn protection. Bullet proof vest and condom.

so anyone your daughter brings home as a one night stand (if that) deserves to be executed, great thinking dipshit

I'm glad I don't have daughters, but yep. Don't frick in my house. If you or the girl don't own the house, then don't be surprised if you catch an arse-whooping or bullet. You act as if you're surprised.

Dude you need to calm the frick down. You have no idea what happened in that house, so stop making the dad out to be some executor of manly men.

Eh. That's her daddy. That's blood.

She'll corroborate his story and he'll walk, guilty or not.

Great, that's not how the law works except maybe in your internet tough guy mind. You can enjoy prison along with the dad in this story.

Also if the dad has any injuries. This quote makes it hard to tell if there were any sustained by the father.

Not if the kid was strangling the dad and it was self defense.

It is going to come down to who attacked first. If the dad came in brandishing a gun and attacked the kid he's doing time. Like another poster said the daughter's testimony will be the kicker.

Even if the teen attacked the dad, still pretty bad that a teen who just got done getting blown by your daughter then gets up and whips your arse to the point you have to shoot him.

gun>fist. didn't we learn this from the Trayvons case?

If the kid said something disrespectful or pushed the Dad, then he deserved the bullet IMO.

Neither do the dumbasses saying he was unequivocally in the right. Sorry I don't think being invited into a house by a loose girl should be a death sentence, call me crazy. If that was the case, half of the people on here wouldn't have survived high school.

i don't think that matters in the end, but i'm no expert in TX law...other than TX has VERY STRONG self-defense laws, especially when the intruder is in your home. i mean TX allows you to use deadly force to stop a property crime, an i don't even think it has to be YOUR property

Too much unknown in this story right now to really say if the Dad was right to shoot the kid or not. You can't go beat the crap out of some kid and then shoot him if he was there with permission from the daughter, but the kid can't go attack the old man for ruining his sex in the old man's house.

If this happens, I'm printing the story. It will be required reading before dating my daughter.

wut?

sounds to me like the dad didn't like the boy banging his sweet little girl, caught them in the act, raised hell, and ultimately shot the kid.

Sooooo alpha.

You would shoot an unarmed teenager because you failed as a parent.

Is the kid an intruder if he was invited in by the daughter?
