Cruise lines need to implement a massive deterrent to hooligan behavior.
I’m talking spending the rest of the voyage locked in a bunker next to the engine room with dead fish smell and being fed tuna on wonder bread twice a day.

I'll never understand the appeal of being at the mercy of others by choice.
On a regular vacation, if shite hits the fan, you have options. Renting a car and getting the frick out. Booking a plane ticket home ASAP. Etc. On a cruise ship, there's nowhere to go.
God forbid there's a passenger trying to do a whole lot worse than simply brawl with someone, you're a lot less safe. And that's not even counting what happened here where your entire vacation that you took off work for, saved money for, etc. can be ruined by someone entirely out of your control.
I was in Los Angeles when Covid "hit" and I realized right then and there I would never want to be somewhere where I have no control over my own situation if shite hit the fan.
