I remember this lady very well. She took her job very seriously, which is to say she never hesitated to rip drivers not obeying the traffic laws going through her school zones.
So very sad to hear she was taken away from us today.

So fricking frustrated with this... She was my crossing guard through all of elementary school (2000-2006). I waved to her every day I passed her by for the past 13 years. My wife had to pick up my son from grays creek elementary today because the busses couldn't be dismissed... My wife literally saw her and waved at her as she was directing traffic at seventh ward today prior to going to grays creek.
Unless there is some crazy circumstances I don't know about, I hope this man never gets to experience freedom again.

I know the driver. He is a total loser. Got in a car wreck when he was younger and has been just plain stupid ever since. Glad he will be out of society, sad at the cost of Mrs. Katy
