Sheriff Ard says, “Through further investigation and tips received through LPSO’s social media page, LPSO investigators were able to confirm that Goudeau had a previous arrest in September of 2022 for DWI - in a neighboring parish. As a result, Goudeau’s charges have been upgraded to DWI (2nd Offense). Our investigation continues and as always, we thank the public for providing information and for working with us.”

Another a-hole in a vehicle thinking laws like speed limits, school zones, drinking while driving and hands free cell phone laws, don't apply to them. Slow the frick down, pay attention, get off your phone and get an Uber if you're drunk
