Got this neighbor that I suspect has been looking in my windows at night. Real pervy type dude. I put up a flood light pointing his direction to try to keep him out of my yard. He asked me about it the other day, supposedly it's to bright at night, blah blah, and I blew him off and told him I'd try to remember to turn it off at night. Aint' no way I'm turning it off with that freak living next to me. So this morning I find out this jerk shot out my light with his pellet gun and messed up my light fixture as well. I called the law and got them involved. Will see where this goes but may have to file charges on him and get a restraining order.

You’re the a-hole for putting a light pointing to his house. If you think he’s walking up to your windows at night, simply put in a motion light. If he walks up, the light goes on and you know he’s there.
