Creepy guy at work keeps track of when I go to the bathroom.

Every time I go to the bathroom he’s checking his watch, writing things down. Looks annoyed. I don’t think I’m the only one he does this to.
It’s like he has nothing better to do. Maybe there is some sexual fetish or defect that’s he’s getting off from.

Probably because you are either getting paid the same or more than him and he thinks he is doing more work.
A lifetime ago, when I was on a landscaping crew for a summer, I did similar thing with a coworker who had worked there for years and was getting paid a lot more than me. I tracked both of our hours on the walk-behinds. I had 14 more hours in one week. I showed this to the supervisor. He told me not to do that anymore.
If that can be legitimately be used as evidence against you to your bosses, you have other stuff going against you also.
