i’m 5’6, 179lbs, and 38 inch waist but I plan to go down to 160lbs mostly muscle and a 32 inch waist,

i'd say its possible. He'd have to be fairly cut. I'm similar specs maybe 204lb and more like a 33.5" waist.

I'm 5'9" and fluctuate between 155 and 165 since I graduated from undergrad. I've been down to 145 and up to 175 on a few occaisions. I probably have a healthier lifestyle than most with diet and exercise, but I don't count calories or anything.

Can’t be right. Just about every 20+ year old I know is between 150-190 and 5’9” - 6’3”. There is maybe 1 fattie among them.
