Honestly I'm not sure how you can't see how that happened
. There have been MANY examples of people that did that before she came along. But you're right that its just sad that enough people out there will pay for that shite. Every time I'm in line at the grocery store I contemplate how there are people out there that keep tabloids in business. I mean they're just so comically fake.

My friend went to a public school in St. Louis that had a “gifted” section and a regular section. It was in a bad part of town so the demographics of the two sections were very different. Imagine if Glen Oaks and Baton Rouge High, Ben Franklin and OP Walker, or Carnegie Vanguard and Yates were on the same campus.
Anyways, one of the kids in the regular section was from a very poor neighborhood and ended up getting 8 million dollars in a products liability lawsuit against an oral polio vaccine manufacturer. I think he was 16 when he got the judgement.
He had a very entertaining Facebook page showing the idiotic ways he started spending that money on cars, women, a rap label, etc. We discovered the page when he was about 22, fwiw.

After Katrina, Dude started a small business getting rid of flooded cars and debris. Put it under his girlfriends name so it’s be a “minority/woman” owned business with all the benefits that come with that. Well business was doing well and he started partying it up with his newfound money. Problem was when the gf found out baw had a new girl on the side, she kicked his out and took the business. Idiot put everything under name. She ended up selling it for couple hundred thousand.
Just to clarify this chick did absolutely nothing when it came to the business. She had no education past high school and probably would fail out of brccc. Pretty sure she was a hooters girl or something at the time
