It always astonishes me how some people think boiling crawfish is a God given talent.

I know some rednecks that boil some of the best crawfish I’ve ever eaten. My brothers and I are Cajun and we do great boils but this redneck I’m talking about is incredible

My wife is from Alabama and can make a hell of a gumbo. I'm from Central and can boil crawfish better than most people

I usually just steam mine in the pot and add lemon juice and old bay to taste

I bet you "boil" yours with black potatoes then sprinkle "cajun" seasoning after they come out of your clear tap water.

Some of the worst crawfish I've eaten was in the middle of "Cajun country"...
They should be exiled back to Acadia for pouring seasoning on the top.
