So the OP and I work together and I can't believe he's putting my business out there on blast but here's the deal - little does OP know I just got a major raise and enhanced compensation package including stock options and more so basically I've had this side piece for like 2 years now and she happens to work right in the next cubicle to OP and within view of my corner office and my wife has gained like 80 pounds after childbirth and I bought her a Peloton for Mother's day last year and it's been all downhill from there and she drinks and pops xan bars all day now so I am filing for divorce and taking custody of my precious children and moving across town to a gated neighborhood with said side piece to live happily ever after. The End.

My kids were an older 8 and 4. It was and is the worst pain imaginable. I would drive almost 500 miles every other weekend to see them. When I would drop them off I could make it about a half mile away before I would pull over and sob. And sob.

I don’t think I have ever gottenover it. We all missed so much together. 30 plus years later. Frick it.

How old is he? You have to grow up at some point.

I went through it when my son was 4-5. Hell is an understatement and I ended up with a split schedule and no child support. For those whose time is limited, I couldn’t imagine it.

Divorce with a 6 month old? Either it came out “different” than he expected or he seriously fricked up.

Then what's the point of the thread?

Everyone on this board probably knows someone that's going through a divorce and has kids. If OP doesn't want to spill the beans on the reason, then why even start a thread about it?

Divorcing your wife because she is struggling with postpartum depression is even worse.

So if this is actually true, you’re a loser and will die alone and broke.
